Please attend both days, all six hours.  By attending both sessions, this workshop serves as a prerequisite for the SkyDancing Tantra Love and Ecstasy Training Series.

❤️  How to prepare? ❤️

Create your home space to support yourself in meditating, moving, sitting, and lying down. We recommend you have drinking water and tissues nearby.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you freedom to move and/or expose your arms and neck. Layers are preferable to support you in times of high or low energy.

In order to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone, we propose the following agreements (we'll go over them when we gather):

  • Confidentiality: Do not record or take screenshots. No tagging of any other participants on social media.  Please do not share anyone else’s experience with a third person either inside or outside the course unless you have their permission. You are welcome to share your own experiences as you choose. It is OK to share what and how you felt, not what we did.
  • Respect: Be mindful of your own limitations and express them as needed. Voice your choice.  Allow everyone’s free expression, including yourself.
  • End to End Attendance: This course is designed as a progressive experience.  You'll get the most out of it if you are present for all sessions from beginning to end.
  • Engagement: We love for you to have your camera on so we can get to know you and your participation enriches the whole community. There may be times when you step away from your camera or choose to turn it off.
  • Full Presence: Give yourself a private space that is free of notifications, distractions, or anything that will take your attention from the experience.  Abstain from any mind-altering substances so you can be fully present.

Be rested, nourished, and come with a beginner's mind of exploration.
