Diving into the Emergence of Desire
The repression of our sensations and emotions is sadly a foundation of our social order. It is, as if expressing ourselves is wrong. Are emotions, feelings, and sensations so dangerous for our society? And how would it be to let ourselves feel and live with them?
Feelings and sensations are not dangerous. The danger lies in rigid attitudes, like rejection or attachment.
When we feel the emergence of desire, let us dive into desire so deeply and intensely that we become pure desire. This is the Tantric path. Neither attachment nor rejection, simply making any feeling or emotion a meditation that leads us to the perception of Unity. Diving into the sensation, before the mind classifies the sensation.
SkyDancing Tantra® is a path that puts a lot of emphasis on this idea of diving into our feelings and sensations.
